2. Use an hot oil treatment. Hot oil treatment can be purchased at most local retailers use hot oil as directed on the package instructions.
3. Eat a healthy diet and get plenty of good fatty acids. You can find fatty acids in foods such as fish, walnuts, seeds, spinach and other dark green leafy vegetables.
